Aside from Jeff’s unbelievable hospitality, we sit down and talk about making world class mead in the relatively tiny city in central AZ. Join us as we talk about crazy ingredients, labeling, the difference between making beer vs. making mead. Superstition’s popularity around the globe and what’s in store for the future. Mr. Herbert is seriously nothing short of amazing, listen in and find out how a mild-mannered Phoenix firefighter discovered his calling for Mead, and try to figure out how he does it (while remaining a full-time Phoenix firefighter).
